anyways, I’m using this to open up about the fact that for about 2-3 years now, I’ve been incredibly emotionally overwhelmed at times.

And I’m looking into different ways to support myself in it, with it, maybe even through it, or beyond. Or not.

Talking about it helps, trying out CBD/CBG oil is being tested, looking into different kinds of modalities helps, like trauma work, Byron Katie, Dr. K, etc.

the second and 3rd is using cpap for 2-4 hours and cbd/g oil (last 2 nights)

u can almost see the apnea increasing in the morning as the oil is working less
