Join Ra as he explains how the correct environment nourishes you from the outside and eliminates resistance in your life. Discussion of the Nodes of the Moon is also included in this lecture about trajectory.

I haven’t found it yet

Blain L. Reininger had a fairly rough time of it getting solo shows together after the move to Brussels – the incident that the song and album Broken Fingers refers to happened after one of them – but the two shows that provided the tracks for Live in Brussels found him perhaps at his jive solo peak. The help of his soon-to-be-dismissed backing band didn’t hurt, making this both an unintentional farewell and a distinct calling card for all involved. Though a short album is originally released and reworked slightly in studio after the fact, live in Brussels hits the ground running with a winner, the brawling “Volo Vivace” (Reininger’s hyperactive violin is fiat-out marvelous) and after that makes its’ sometimes bemusing way. “Night Air” walks a slightly uneasy balance between a too pristine recreation and a fiery instrumental break, while the introduction to “Uptown” in particular comes across as a personal tribute to Tom Waits that veers between the sharp and the silly, but on the whole the performances are mighty fine, with Alain Goutier’s work on keyboards of special note. Reininger’s occasional drawling interjections make for a nice personal touch as well- check his introduction to “The Birthday Song” for a prime example. LTM’s 2004 reissue once again does the expected killer job – right from the start, as the otherwise unreleased instrumental “Intro” shows. A lovely meditation focused on a central keyboard melody and Reininger’s part-drone violin work, it could almost be his own contribution to Brian Eno’s On land, Four other songs from the shows appear as bonuses. There’s one further addition, a take on “Mystery and Confusion” from a French show a year later. – Blaine L. Reininger : Live in Brussels 02/1986

Chain Oilers research

3 very interesting links and viewpoints:

http://earth-roamers.blogspot.com/2014/11/tutoro-chain-oiler.html

http://earth-roamers.blogspot.com/2015/03/fitting-tutoro-chain-oiler.html

It really seems the Tutoro is the way to go. As it gives off about a drop a minute when you ride, and only when you ride. Full stop in traffic-jams during rush hour or in front of traffic lights it does not give off any oil (or perhaps 1 drop). The Scottoiler connected to the engines vacuum would give off oil whenever the engine runs.

With Cobrra, Osco and Loobman, once the plunger is pressed or pulled or swiveled a quarter turn, oil will come, and relatively a lot of oil all at once, so you need to be driving at a given speed for it to work properly. If you need to stop shortly after activation, oil will run off the sprocket/chain onto either the ground or your tire.

Also the timing of a certain amount of oil every once in a while is better than using spray bottles, but dosage is more accurately administered with the Tutoro, 1 drop a minute, only when you drive. And in heavy rains one can adjust say 1/4 or 1/2 turn more oil/drips per minute.

Space and the Judge

“The judge will attack your experience of space from different directions:”So you are feeling emptiness in your head You numskull, that means you are stupid! … If you start losing your sense of boundaries, you are asking for trouble…. Quit spacing out and get to work! What do you mean, you don’t feel guilty about what happened? Don’t bother trying to sense yourself; there’s nothing there-and that’s your problem!” Until you begin to recognize spaciousness for what it is-the authentic presence of your beingness without any content-your judge will easily distract you from experiences of open emptiness. All it has to do is call up the image of something missing and you will fill up the space with searching and worrying!

Spaciousness has its own particular power in relation to the judge. It is what is in between and around words, objects, and ideas. The more you are aware of space as an experiential quality, the more you are focused on the open field in which everything arises. This is the opposite of content, of the narrow, focused engagement with the judge. The judge’s message is seductive compared to other content, but compared to empty space, it is no more powerful than a TV commercial and considerably less pleasant than a nice piece of music. When you are feeling spacious, the judge is not right in your face, even if it is present, so it can’t exert its usual degree of pressure. In fact, spacious means space to choose, space to ignore, or space to go around. Feeling spacious brings elements ofour experience back into proper proportion, and the judge’s significance rapidly diminishes.

Post Kiron: Lights, Camera, Action

3-Post-Kiron

The post-Kironian phase is about the fulfillment of life as a passenger. We are passengers in a vehicle, and if we honor the form, the passenger inside the vehicle is liberated. The post-Kironian phase, as the result of Strategy and Authority, allows for the differentiation of the passenger consciousness and through this, our awareness and outer Authority will be demonstrated.

The Greatest Recording Studio In The World

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2492916

A documentary that celebrates Rick Hall, the founder of FAME Studios in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, and the signature sound he developed in songs such as “I’ll Take You There”, “Brown Sugar”, and “When a Man Loves a Woman”. Located alongside the Tennessee River, Muscle Shoals, Alabama is the unlikely breeding ground for some of America’s most creative and defiant music. Under the spiritual influence of the ‘Singing River’ as Native Americans called it, the music of Muscle Shoals changed the world and sold millions upon millions of copies. At its heart is Rick Hall who founded FAME Studios. Overcoming crushing poverty and staggering tragedies, he brought black and white together in Alabama’s cauldron of racial hostility to create music for the generations while giving birth to the ‘Muscle Shoals Sound’ and ‘The Swampers’. Others bear witness to Muscle Shoals’ magnetism, mystery, and why it remains influential today.

Director: Greg ‘Freddy’ Camalier
Stars: Rick Hall, Barry Beckett, Roger Hawkins, David Hood, Jimmy Johnson, Pete Carr, Spooner Oldham, Albert S. Lowe Jr., Clayton Ivey, Randy McCormick, and Will McFarlane

Saturn to Kiron: Planting the Cross

2-Saturn-to-Kiron

Ra takes a look at the 20-year period from Saturn to Kiron, the second stage of the tripartite life process of the nine-centered being. If a child has been raised correctly, this 30-year point, called the Saturn return, marks the point where you go out into the world as yourself. This is the time of planting the seeds of the Incarnation Cross you’re born with in order to perform, when correct, your differentiated purpose. Ra discusses the many benefits that the right environment provides for each person, and how it nurtures the development of unique awareness which leads to outer Authority. Everyone is here to see in a certain way that is part of their uniqueness.

Deconditioning and the Mind

One of the myths of Human Design states that if you simply follow your strategy and authority for 7 years, you will become completely deconditioned. This is a nice story, but it over simplifies the truth – deconditioning is an ongoing process of self-discovery.

The body can partially decondition in 7 years. Most of the cells replicate in 7 year cycles, called apoptosis, so it stands to reason that within 7 years of full experimentation with Strategy and Authority, complete replication will be in effect at a cellular level. Not true. The body has cells that never replicate, that never go through a 7 year apoptosis process – Stem Cells which maintain our primary cellular ‘code’, and Neurons.

Neurons and their lack of cyclic regeneration is what provide humans with the gift of memory. It is also what makes mental conditioning so durable and associative – memories of conditioning never truly go away. Strategy and Inner Authority put the decision making and movement through life under the control and guidance of the body’s intelligence; however, they do nothing to change the rich, deep internal dialog of the mind that is based on conditioned memories that never, ever go away.

How then do we decondition the mind?

Reading the 1st lecture of Rave Cosmology 3, Dying, Death and Bardo Stages, I suddenly think both my parents had a near complete Bardo (ie 72 hours) due to circumstances.

Bardo1

My father had a stroke while in the shower, at age 36. He was born with some kind of heart issue which he never spoke about. Even on our questions why he was never in military service he replied with: ‘feet too big’. Supposedly he should have taken better care of himself, on his health and body and nutrition. Personally I think this is complete bullshit and just an excuse to explain something unexplainable. For a while as a child I believed it, and it seemed to make sense. Now that I’m older I see the irrelevance of this nonsense talk. I mean we lived in a normal house with heating and plumbing and windows, we had enough meals a day for sustenance. And the food was regular food. I never saw him eat supposed horrible foods either. But I digress…

After the stroke, he was brought to hospital in the nearby city. We (me and my 2 sisters) were taken care of by hired help and were sent to school and such and I guess I visited once in that time, early on. He was there for about a week, maybe 2, until he died, unable to recover. But since we had not seen him for about a week, we lamented (at least I did, in my memory) of wanting to see him once more before his cremation, I can not say for certain if he was held underground or not, and I might find the actual dates and such, but I have this thought that our wanting to see him, gave him some time to leave correctly.

Dying, Death and the Bardo Stages

You have had the same personality crystal for approximately 15 billion years. Your body becomes more evolved in every incarnation. When you die correctly, a simple matter, your newly refined awareness returns to its fractal home, enriches the totality, and moves on from there to its correct place in the cosmic flow.

RaveCosmology-III-pre

In this eleven week semester we will look at:

-The elegant mechanics of the death process
-The very simple method of ensuring that you (or someone else) dies correctly
-When the personality crystal is unable to reunite with its correct geometry
-The bardo (death journey) sequence – the potential of the ultimate awareness journey and how to read it
-The fundamentals of the death reading itself (the aspect of the life that is only revealed with a time of death calculation).

This course also includes some analysis of the Power Column and some line level analysis of the Rave I Ching.

The gift of an individuated death is practical and simple to give or receive. In the wonder and scope of its underlying mechanics, it can also revitalize each remaining moment of life starting now. Please join me for what I suspect will be not only a deeply practical but deeply joyous journey.

Birth to Saturn: The True Self and Diet

1-Birth-to-Saturn

The first of six films in this series begins with an investigation of the first 30 years in the three-part life process of a nine-centered being. It starts with how we are raised and fed by our parents. Every human being is designed with one of six basic, unique digestive systems. In order to be physically healthy and for the brain system to develop correctly, it is essential that a child eats according to their particular dietary regimen.

Steak and Blowjob Day

Celebrated on March 14th, Steak and Blowjob Day is a holiday for men, celebrated the month after Valentine’s Day — a holiday for women.

The idea is simple: no cards, flowers, candy or other whimsical gifts. Ladies (and gay men), you simply bestow your partner with a steak and a blowjob. Not necessarily in that order.
